There are two payment options:

The Deed of Sale will be sent to you by a sales agent. Once this is signed by both purchaser and seller a 10 percent deposit is payable to the conveyancers. The balance of the purchase price will be due once all suspensive conditions to the contract have been met by all parties.

The monthly levy will include:

  • general maintenance of the common property;
  • cleaning of the common property;
  • security, including infrastructure, systems and personnel;
  • building insurance premiums;
  • the management fee for the managing agent;
  • payments for other services rendered to the body corporate (auditors, attorneys etc.);
  • municipal utility bills for common area consumption;
  • banking and other similar administrative charges; and 
  • major long-term maintenance projects (repainting, re-roofing, repaving etc.).

Q: What security is in place and how does it work?

A: It is intended that the building will have a 24/7 security guarding services EV track and Supersite.

Q: Is there WiFi, who is the service provider and what is upload and download speeds are available?

A: A fibre network will be installed by the developer. Owners are required to subscribe to an ISP to provide their individual connections and equipment.

Q: Is WIFI included in the levy?
